Support for every stage
Academic planning is at the center of our student services: academic advising, help with course selection, guidance on additional online course options and class registration support. Students can also get help with administrative forms, textbooks and library resources.
We also offer financial advice on financial aid options, scholarships and other resources, as well as support for personal academic challenges.
Upon enrollment, each student is assigned an academic advisor who helps them achieve their educational goals and meet college requirements. The advisor's phone number and e-mail are provided to the student for easy communication.
The advisor establishes direct contact with the student to understand their expectations, aspirations and previous academic experience, and provides professional and personal academic supervision: course selection, guidance on degree requirements, and prompt feedback and support when needed.
SABAL University provides continuous academic guidance throughout the admission process and the duration of the program.
When the university is unable to address specific problems or needs, appropriate referrals are made to community organizations and agencies, creating a support network that helps students overcome the challenges they may encounter.
Career Services helps students identify potential employment opportunities and effective strategies to pursue them: creating a professional resume, sharpening interviewing skills, and searching and applying for current job opportunities.
